How to Order

Picking Views for perspective view renderings. I use 3D modeling to develop a series of roughs that will show you a few views of the house that could be used for the rendering. You will have a chance to review and choose the one you like best or you can request a different look.  Once we have a view you like I will use that in the final watercolor rendering.

Colors. You can provide me with a color scheme of the house. It can be basic colors, a photo of an inspirational house or specific manufactures products. I will use basic landscape as seen in some of my samples but I am open to suggestions. Once the rendering is complete you will have a chance to review the final rendering and request changes to both the colors and landscape.

Once the rendering is complete you will have a chance to review the final rendering and request changes to both the colors and landscape.

Once the rendering is complete you will have an opportunity to review and make changes / adjustments to the colors and landscaping. If at that point you need changes to the house design I can do those also. No need for updated drawings I can make changes without those. If they are minor there will be no additional cost. If they are significant changes to the design I can do those with out new drawings but you incur some additional cost for my time.

Design Changes. If you have any changes to the house I can incorporate those into the rendering. I do not need new drawings. Once the rendering is complete I can make changes to the rendering. On small changes like a different door or window grids I will take care of at no  additional charges.  For any change that may take a some more time I will charge a revision fee.

Final artwork will be in the form of a digital file and can be used for all your marketing materials including, online listings, printed brochures, and large signage.

Payment. I require a 50% deposit to start with the balance due upon completion. Payment can be made with most  major credit cards or PayPal.
